Enrolments
Lindfield Montessori Preschool offers a program for 3 to 6 year old children. From their third birthday, children attend 3-5 days a week from 8.30am to 12pm with the flexibility of attending the afternoon program once they are ready. When the child begins their third year, they attend the Kindergarten program for 7 hours a day, 8.30am to 3.30pm.
All our students are eligible to use the out-of-school hours care program, with breakfast club open from 7.30am to 8.30am.
Lindfield Montessori follows the recommended AMI pattern of enrolment which is 4-5 days per week, and the completion of the 3-year cycle. As the third year typically coincides with when the child would begin Kindergarten in NSW, parents are encouraged to complete the entire program to preserve the benefits of the program.

We encourage parents/carers interested in finding out more about our environment to witness Montessori learning firsthand by booking a classroom observation. This allows you to visualise the principles in action and discover the benefits for your child’s development.

Book an Observation
We offer 15-minute observation sessions every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday morning.
This is an opportunity for you to sit and take in the beauty, wonder and excitement of children at work in our Montessori environment.

During your observation time, you will see the children at work and play, being supported by the Montessori guides. We hope you will be able to take away with you a sense of who we are and what we do at Lindfield Montessori.

The ideal time to visit and observe is when your child is approximately 2 years of age (or older if you've just discovered us!). We find that at this stage, parents have started to get a sense of their plans for the near future and can begin envisaging their child in the environment.

If your child is younger than 2 years, we are happy to send you some reading about Montessori in preparation for your future visit.
